Forfar Street included two separate residential multi-level townhouses. These contemporary homes were architecturally designed to maximise sense of space and high functionality for luxury urban living.

To achieve this, the build incorporated a timber frame structure and steel portals to provide for extensive open areas throughout the building.

The build required a triple level scaffold and encompassed the use of an Sto exterior plaster system with vertical cedar weatherboards to finish off the cladding.

The interior is finished to a high standard with tiled bathrooms and timber flooring through out the living areas.
