Kaka Road is a 380sqm architecturally designed home with a high-end finish throughout.

This project included extensive repairs to the property after the Kaikoura earthquakes. The interior required new tile to walls and floors throughout the entire house, Gib replacement, plastering and paint.

The exterior required new exterior plaster and new paths and driveway to all exterior areas.

The project was completed on time and within budget
